Every AfterHues candle is hand-poured in small batches — not mass-produced. That means every single candle gets the time and attention it deserves before it reaches you.

We use 100% natural soy wax, lead-free cotton wicks, and premium essential oils in every pour. No paraffin. No synthetic fillers. No compromises.

Before your order leaves our studio, it goes through a thorough quality check — wick placement, surface finish, fragrance strength, and packaging integrity. If it doesn't meet our standard, it doesn't ship.

Your candle arrives bubble-wrapped and securely boxed, so it reaches you exactly the way it left us.

We process all orders within 1–2 business days.
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 4–7 business days across India.

Free shipping on orders above ₹999.
A flat shipping fee of ₹79 applies to orders below ₹999.

You'll receive a tracking link via email or SMS as soon as your order is on its way — so you always know where your candle is.

Orders to remote areas such as the North-East, J&K, and Andaman & Nicobar may take an additional 2–3 days. Deliveries are not processed on public holidays.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, reach out to us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right — full refund or replacement, no questions asked.

To raise a claim, simply email us a photo of the damaged product at customercare@afterhues.com with your order number in the subject line. That's all we need.

Please note: We're unable to accept returns based on fragrance preference, so we'd encourage you to read the scent notes carefully before placing your order. Returns are not accepted on candles that have been used.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
